**Position Overview**
Working as a part of a fast-paced People and Culture team, the role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support across the various sections of the People and Culture section. Day to day activities will be across a wide range of duties, and would suit a highly motivated individual with strong attention to detail, who enjoys working with people.
**Duties**
- Undertaking core HR filing across a variety of platforms including the Courts Information Management System and Aurion Core (HRIS).
- Assist across the various People and Culture functions (recruitment, training and development, payroll and generalist areas) by providing administrative support on a day-to-day basis.
- Assist with project work on an ad-hoc basis.
- Collate, analyse and produce reports as required, contributing to the Courts annual report and Corporate Plan.
- Other administrative and coordination duties as required.
**Selection Criteria**
- Strong experience in providing administrative support services with a high level of attention to detail. Experience as an Administration Officer or Client Service Officer will be highly regarded.
- Strong organisational skills, initiative and flexibility to manage workload and perform under pressure. Ability to take initiative and be adaptable to changing work priorities and requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive and productive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills, including proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to exercise good judgment and common sense, and maintain high-level professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
