As the Test Manager you will be joining a close-knit team with strong values and goals. You will need to be collaborative, driven and focussed with strong attention to details and communication skills. You will have a desire to build on and improve the testing function to ensure quality.

**Key Skill, Experience and Attributes...**
- At least five years related experience in ICT testing and 3 years in ICT test management
- Manage the testing services provided to ICT Project Delivery in line with policies, processes, procedures, and guidelines.
- Establish an ICT test strategy and manage project testing against this strategy across ICT Projects.
- Lead, guide, monitor and participate in the analysis, design, implementation, and execution of tests on designated projects.
- Improve the maturity and awareness of ICT testing across the business.
- At least 3 years' experience in using Test Management tools such as Jira Test Management
- Responds quickly to the changing needs of customers whilst maintaining high level service and satisfaction.
- Makes decisions for the team that consider value for customer.
- Takes early action and acts decisively to overcome emerging issues.
- Considers input from other teams when making decisions and works co-operatively to achieve the best outcomes
- Builds and maintains effective internal and external relationships.
