We are now looking for Test Managers who are prepared to advance their testing careers due to our expansion.

Job Description:

- Onsite Test Manager with proven experience organizing and controlling the Testing strategy/processes for large programs
- 10+ years of experience, Capable of estimating, planning & managing the testing effort for any given engagement
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills with client facing experience in an onshore test manager role
- Good presentation skills; the test manager will be preparing and presenting plans/reports to client forums on need basis
- Hands on Tosca experience (at least 2-3 years) is a must-have
- Capable of mentoring and managing a 6-8 members QA Team based in offshore while collaborating with onshore/offshore BAs and developers in the project
- Capable of being the face of Wipro testing services team in front of the customer, bringing in additional testing opportunities for Wipro
- CRM experience is desirable; the platform to be supported is Microsoft Dynamics CRM Cloud version
