**COMPANY BACKGROUND**
With a strong private equity backing, this newly formed financial services company are looking to on-board a number of technology resources to scale up their greenfield environment. To complement these technology resources, they are looking to hire a hands-on Test Manager to grow out their testing team

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage a team of on and off-shore, manual and automation testers
- Be responsible for the quality of releases across a variety of front and back-end platforms
- Improve test practices and processes, leveraging increased coverage of automation testing
- Develop test strategies and manage testing priorities and issues across all stages of the project
- Execute testing

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
As the Test Manager you will have strong experience managing a team of testers who are both on and off-shore in a hands-on capacity. You will have experience creating a roadmap to implement more automation testing whilst still being able to lead manual testers. Financial services experience would be advantageous but is not required.
