Are you someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? As a Service Manager, you’ll play a key role in one of our busiest and brightest Community Hubs—working closely with 20-25 passionate support workers and supporting 60 amazing clients.
You’ll be the friendly, go-to person making sure everything runs smoothly, programs are meaningful and engaging, and your team feels supported and empowered every step of the way. **What You’ll Be Doing**
Team up with our amazing support workers to deliver outstanding, person-centred services
Coordinate daily operations, rosters, and client activities
Bring creative flair to developing engaging, capacity-building programs
Be the point of connection for clients, families, and local partners
Guide your team with encouragement, support, and just the right amount of structure
Stay on top of reports, compliance, and all the details that keep everything ticking

**About You**
You’re the kind of person who leads with empathy and brings the good vibes. You know how to juggle a busy day, support your team, and still have a laugh. You're passionate about empowering people with disability—and your energy is contagious.
**You bring**:
Experience in disability, community, or aged care (with some coordination or leadership experience a bonus)
Solid understanding of NDIS and person-centred support
Top-tier communication and a collaborative spirit
A great organiser who thrives in a busy, people-first environment
A passion for teamwork, inclusion, and real impact
