About the Role:
To continue to strengthen, innovate and grow we are looking for an energetic and positive team player to join as a Staffing & Rostering Coordinator. You will join a team of 5, which is part of the People, Learning & Culture division. Your main responsibility will be to manage and roster our casual staff across all of our services, including supported living, age specific programs, community hubs and community access. Full Time Role.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Assist managers in filling short term vacant shifts with appropriate casual staff
- Effective utilisation of Riteq scheduling & rostering tool
- Comply to SCHADS Award and funding requirements
- Partnerships with Payroll and frontline teams
- Ensure casual staff availability is optimised
- Update training and skills register for casual staff
- Obtain and provide performance feedback for casual staff
About You
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Effective stakeholder management
- Time management and an ability to multi-task
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems
- Experience in utilising large rostering systems (desirable)
- Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel
- Strong team player and aligned to company values
- Willingness to work flexible work hours
