**About The Role**
We have a fantastic full time opportunity for an HR Coordinator to facilitate all key HR functions for our business. Working in collaboration with the Kelly Club team, you will encourage a positive and productive work environment, ensuring HR policies, processes and practices are efficient, compliant, and supportive of business and employee needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Onboarding: Coordinate all paperwork for new employees and contribute to induction sessions.
- Performance Management: Administer the performance review process within designated timeframes.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, process changes, and prepare HR-related correspondence. Coordinate traineeship program.
**About You**
With one to two years of experience as an HR Administrator or Coordinator, you are looking for the next step in your career. You will have:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and Modern Award interpretation.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Exposure to payroll practices.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with all stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
