**The Opportunity**
The Human Resources (HR) Manager will report into and work closely with the Finance Controller and Executive Assistant in setting up new processes and working on existing strategies and platforms for the company. The HR Manager will be responsible for:
- Providing knowledge and support on recruitment, planning and development
- Implementing and facilitating required staff trainings
- Rolling out current policies to all staff
- Developing and mentoring the team to enhance performance and culture
- Being the lead on a new resource platform and managing the staff rollout
**About You**
We are seeking an experienced HR professional 2 - 3 days a week who:
- Can work independently and remotely in a similar role prior
- Has a thorough understanding of HR processes and can implement new processes as required
- Has attention to detail and is proactive
- Has Quality Management System experience - advantage but not essential
