We have an exciting opportunity for a Facility Manager to join the Stockland Commercial Property, within the Workplace & Logistics team. This fantastic key role will be working on Stockland’s industrial portfolio in the Western suburbs of Melbourne.

**The Opportunity**

As the Facilities Manager, you will organise and coordinate the operational management of the asset whilst containing expenditure within budget. Ensure the proper and efficient operation of the asset physical aspects, creating and sustaining a safe and productive environment for the occupants.

Some of your duties will include:

- Assume responsibility for the operation and presentation of the asset(s) & manage the supply chain ensuring agreed standards of service delivery are met
- Assist with operational and capital expenditure budgets & manage capital works including tenancy delivery works, working directly with Asset Managers and Property Managers
- Contribute to performance reporting requirements
- Assume responsibility for any processes and procedures related to the delivery of a safe, compliant, well maintained, and sustainable asset
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholder groups while developing and maintaining appropriate industry relationships
- Promote and ensure full compliance with Stockland’s OH&S policies
- Establish and drive improvement programs to optimise the assets waste and energy, and water usage
- Identify and implement organisational improvement initiatives and OH&S improvements

**About You**
- You will ideally bring Diploma in Facilities Management or Bachelor in the related field
- Strong facilities operation experience within a similar industry is mandatory
- Solid expertise in safety and compliance will be crucial to have to be successful in this role
- Your knowledge and experience of working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment will be critical
- Outstanding relationship management skills, including the ability to network
- Commercially and financially sound
- You will be an influencer with excellent communication skills
