**About the Role**
- conducting current state analysis on NEO / legacy platforms to understand the Finance and People data and information model at the university
- Running workshops with functional stakeholders to determine Business Analytics and Reporting Requirements for the Software RFT
- Converting the current conceptual data outputs into logical information models aligned with CAUDIT and UTS standards
- Defining data definitions, and master data management and metadata model requirements

**Skills & Experience**
- 10 years experience in data-related fields
- Experience working in large data transformation projects within complex organisational environments and in leading highly strategic and transformational business initiatives
- Strong track record in managing complex stakeholder interests and expectations
- Previous experience with multiple complex ERP systems implementations preferred (oracle, SAP, workday)
- Strong understanding across data modelling, data governance, data management and data analytics
