**The Client**

**The Role**

Previous experience as both an ERP Functional Consultant (specialising in either Finance or HR) and a Senior Business Analyst (or equivalent) will be ideal.
- Drive design, configuration, and implementation activities across the end-to-end Finance and/or HR processes.
- Develop detailed ERP business, process, system, and data requirements using a range of tools including interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process mapping ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’, scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis.
- Work with Solution Architects, providing information and input to Solution Design documentation.
- Prepare testing documentation including test cases, plans, scenarios, and scripts. Assist with and monitor testing of new solutions.
- Work with change and communication professionals to participate in developing an effective stakeholder management and communication plan.
- Participate in operating model design, data cleansing and migration, system integration, training, and transition management.
- End-to-end ERP delivery skills derived from multiple large-scale ERP transformations.
- Extensive knowledge of end-to-end Finance and/or HR business processes and functions
- Superior analytical skills, including advanced capability to understand, isolate and interpret business needs, as well as proficiency in eliciting, documenting, and prioritising business, process, system, and data requirements.

**Essential Skills**
- Proven track record as both an ERP Functional Consultant and a Senior Business Analyst within prior ERP implementations (ideally featuring both Finance and HR modules).
- Exposure to business architecture, business services definition and integration architecture design.
- Experience with data migration, data governance, data quality and data architecture design.
- End to end testing experience, including User Acceptance Testing with large cohorts of stakeholders.
- Experience with the preparation and evaluation of procurement documentation and business cases.
- Experience in large-scale Technology Change Programs through delivery and transition to business as-usual arrangements.
- Previous experience with implementing multiple ERP software suites is preferred (e.g., Oracle, Workday).

**Desirable Skills**
- ERP, University sector and Digital Transformation experience is preferred.
- Tertiary qualification in Finance / Accounting (ideally with a CA / CPA qualification), HR or a relevant discipline (and/or extensive relevant experience).
- Formal business analysis training and certification in recognised methodology, e.g., Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK)
