Talent International is working in partnership with a government, higher education department in seeking an **ERP Functional Consultant with HR and Finance implementation experience **assist with and End-to-End replacement of legacy HR and Finance systems.

The ERP Functional Consultant will drive transformative solutions that redefine the way businesses operates, specifically within the Finance and People & Culture functions.

This role will include business and technical transformation including new systems and business process redesign end to end.

This is a long-term (3-4 years) program of work - in a growing, well-supported and strategized team

**Key Requirements**:

- 5 Years ERP experience with min 2 end-to-end ERP transformation & implementation programs
- Oracle / SAP / workday etc (exposure to more than one - desirable) - in HR and Finance modules (desirable)
- Higher Education - desirable (not essential)
- End-to-end ERP delivery experience in multiple ERP implementations (including ERP vendor evaluation and selection experience, hands-on design, configuration and testing experience with leading ERP software suites, and strong business analysis acumen).
- Hands on experience in configuration and implementation of the above
- Previous experience as both an ERP Functional Consultant (specialising in either Finance or HR) and a Senior Business Analyst (or equivalent) will be ideal.
- Experience with data migration, data governance, data quality and data architecture design.
