Finance ERP Function Lead

This highly prestigious and multinational organisation operates on an international scale and is widely considered one of the best employers in Sydney. They are at the cutting edge of design, innovation, creativity and development.
An exciting ERP transformation and implementation project is about to commence and they are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Functional Lead to join the team. With a view of working on the project through to completion, it is expected this will be a 4-5 year contract. Responsibilities will include:
- Lead ERP finance design and implementation across the entire organisation
- ERP vendor evaluation
- Design, configuration and testing of ERP software
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, including C-Suite executives
- Be the liaison between finance, IT and senior management
- Leading and facilitating workshops
- Process improvements and recommendations
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will have significant prior experience implementing a large scale ERP system, have extensive knowledge of finance business processes and be able to liaise confidently with senior stakeholders. You must also be able to build strong relationships, have relevant accounting qualifications (ideally CA/CPA, though not essential) and a strong track record of performance.
