**Your new company**
This Federal Government department with a key focus in non-legislative reforms is seeking 1 x EL2 Program Manager and 1 x EL1 or APS6 Assistant to join their Program management sub-team due to recent expansion. The objectives of the reforms are predominantly about improving productivity and safety.
**Your new role**
You will work collaboratively with the secretariat committee to fulfil the program management function, providing oversight of the non-legislative reform package that compliments the existing program management of legislative reforms. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Providing oversight for multiple projects which will include engaging directly with agencies across Australia and various working groups in progressing projects/recommendations.
- Identifying how each project contributes to the reform outcomes.
- Ensuring timely delivery of each project which will include, planning, managing risks and interdependencies, and progress reporting.
- Making connections between non-legislative projects to enhance reform and connecting these with associated legislative reforms.
