Seeking an experienced APS6/EL1 Training Officer for a 3 month term with possible extension

**Your new company**
A leading government agency invested in maintaining Australia's national interests is seeking an experienced APS6/EL1 L&D Officer for a 3 month term. Potential for permanency.

**Your new role**
You will be working alongside the established recruitment team & SME's to revamp and restructure the agencies current training materials. You will create multiple L&D tools such as manuals, handbooks and other training mediums which will be used to effectively upskill the current team.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ability to digest SME information and condense into training documentation
- Strong stakeholder engagement with internal and external stakeholders
- Clear ability to formalise information into multiple mediums
- produce high quality written work
- provide strategic program advice, ensuring current and new programs are created according to team needs
