**The Role** Our Adelaide office is seeking an all-rounder to join our Operations Team. This is a dynamic and varied position involving regular interaction with clients and people at all levels across the firm. Key responsibilities include: - Reception coverage - Administrative support to the team - Sorting and distributing incoming, outgoing, and internal mail - Booking and coordinating couriers - Ordering and maintaining stationery, kitchen, and promotional supplies (including stocktake) - Photocopying, scanning, binding, and collating documents - Assisting with outside clerk rounds - Liaising with building management regarding maintenance and general facilities tasks - Setting up meeting rooms and assisting with firm events - Supporting the IT team with hardware set-up and basic maintenance **About You** We're looking for someone with a positive, "can-do" attitude who enjoys being part of a busy, hands-on team. You'll be approachable, reliable, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
