As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated **Human Resources Adviser** to support our expanding workforce and help us maintain a strong, people-first culture.

**About the Role**:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting out in HR who wants to gain hands-on experience in a busy and dynamic service-based business. You'll work closely with our operations team to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and workplace safety, especially for our on-site cleaning teams across construction and commercial contracts.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment for site-based and office-based roles
- Support onboarding, inductions, and compliance checks for new hires
- Maintain accurate HR records, rosters, and documentation
- Coordinate training sessions, toolbox talks, and WHS compliance
- Respond to employee queries and assist with conflict resolution or performance matters
- Help manage contractor documentation and employment agreements
- Assist with HR reporting and audits as required

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or currently studying
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication—especially when supporting site-based staff
- An understanding of (or interest in learning about) Fair Work and WHS legislation
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Previous experience in the construction or cleaning industry is a plus but not required
