ABOUT THE ROLE

We are in search of a Construction Cadet | Junior Contracts Administrator to support the delivery of one of our high-end developments on the Gold Coast.

As a key member of our on-site construction team, you will:

• Assist the Contract Administrator with the processing of invoices, purchase orders and requisitions.
• Assist the Contract Administrator with the preparation and issue of trade tender packages in line with the procurement schedule.
• Assist with the preparation of subcontractor and supplier agreements.
• Assist the Contract Administrator with the assessment and processing of subcontractor payment \ invoices, variation claims and EOT claims.
• Assist with the preparation and completion of monthly project financial and performance-based reporting.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Currently studying or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field (desirable).
• Ability to develop and maintain positive and proactive relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and construction financial software.
• Self-motivated and driven to grow and develop.
