As an Engagement Delivery Lead - Data, you will ensure the smooth running of client engagements and keep our engineering teams focused on client outcomes. You will also run cross-functional blended teams using the latest delivery methodologies. You'll be passionate about the technologies we work with and excellent at rapport-building and managing senior stakeholders.

In your first few weeks in this Engagement Delivery Lead - Data role, you can expect to:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope and budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Experience in leading the delivery of the data platform projects
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Experience with project management software tools
- Ability to lead project teams to deliver within tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-value projects.
