**Responsibilities**:
**Program Leadership**:

- Oversee large programs and manage 100+ consultants
- Take charge of delivery, customer satisfaction, and resource management

**Customer Engagement**:

- Meet customer expectations for project deliveries
- Ensure commitments are delivered and maintain high customer satisfaction

**Operational Excellence**:

- Monitor program processes, KPIs, and SLAs for 100% compliance
- Lead and mentor a technical team, addressing delivery issues

**Financial Management**:

- Ensure timely submission of SOW, Purchase Orders, and Invoices
- Manage risks and issues proactively

**Strategic Initiatives**:

- Drive proactive and RFP proposal responses
- Own delivery approaches, focusing on ROI and profitability

**Client Relationship**:

- Be a trusted advisor to customers, bringing in innovation
- Resolve client issues and maintain strong relationships

**Skills**:

- Proficient in managing global delivery
- Understand Banking and Insurance domains
- Manage customer relationships and project escalations
- Strong planning, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Organized, deadline-oriented, and adaptable
- Certifications (Nice to Have): PMP, CSM/PSM1

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
