**THE COMPANY**

Our client is one of Australia's leading entertainment organisations who have been experiencing rapid growth and change over the past 12 months. They have been nominated employer of choice for thousands of Australians across multiple states and embrace a collaborative, diverse culture. Due to a significant transformation they are looking for an OD Consultant to step into this newly created role and utilise their expertise. Based in Sydney CBD in a state of the art office with flexible work arrangements.

**THE ROLE**

The role reports directly into The Group Leadership Manager and will initially be responsible for driving the flagship leadership program.
- Execute implementation of modern and contemporary leadershup program that will be pushed out across over 2,000 leaders
- Collaborate with partner organisation to ensure program align to company values and culture
- Assist across all areas of OD/ L&D and be part of the transformation the company is undertaking
- Engage with multiple stakeholder and update on project role out and any OD related activities

**THE CANDIDATE**

To be successful in this role you must have OD experience and understand the OD function as a whole. You must be able to build effective relationships and work collaboratively in a team. This is a next level role for someone whol loves a challenge and really seeking that career progression within a large growing organisation of complexity and scale.
