Our client is an established business with over thirty years in the Australian market providing a valuable service to their customer base. As part of a multinational group, the Head of Human Resources will be managing a team of HR professionals tasked with the responsibility of rebuilding the HR function.

This HR Leadership role will have exposure to the strategic development and operational execution of HR frameworks and processes including the implementation of a new HRIS system, performance management, remuneration framework, talent acquisition and employee experience.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is excited and passionate about ensuring that the HR function is commercial and credible to meet the future needs of the business. You will enjoy leading, motivating and developing a team and have proven stakeholder management capability with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people.

To be successful you will be degree qualified in Human Resources Management or equivalent. You will have proven track record as a HR Leader, with essential experience form a blue-and white-collar workforce. You will have sound understanding of the local employment legislation together with a global perspective and knowledge of contemporary people practices. You will have high level of commercial acumen and business interest.
