This is a great opportunity to join a global FMCG company in a fast-paced dynamic role. This role is pivotal in supporting our Warehousing & Logistics Manager Pacific, serving as a key communication hub for logistics suppliers. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless processing of imported finished goods, maintaining compliance, and coordinating essential logistics activities for our domestic operation.

You will collaborate closely with a dedicated team, including 3PL providers and customers, to ensure our operational goals are met.

Your responsibilities include:

- Coordinate the receival of imported goods into the 3PL warehouse, ensuring compliance with AQIS and AU Customs.
- Monitor and forecast shipments and deliveries, addressing any scheduling or capability issues with stakeholders.
- Manage co-packers and warehouse operations to ensure compliance with AU Customs and regulatory requirements.
- Support inventory replenishment between Sydney and Melbourne warehouses, ensuring timely order dispatch.

- Experience in a Supply Chain, Warehousing or Logistics.
- Strong ERP systems experience such as JDE or SAP

- Familiarity with export/import documentation & legislation
