We’re looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to join our team at an exciting time to maintain and manage the end-to-end logistics network for Kellanova ANZ including inbound and outbound freight, across the ocean, rail and road networks. Based at our Manufacturing Plant at Botany, you will partner with the wider business and own, develop and implement our Logistics Strategy.
**A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Develop and implement strategy and plans for Supply Chain ANZ logistics across Road, Rail and Ocean that supports the current and future needs from the business.
P&L responsibility for logistics costs across ANZ, including driving cost efficiencies through the network.
Own the day-to-day relationship and partnership with all outsourced distribution providers.
Design and maintain scorecards and metrics to ensure business objectives are delivered by all distribution providers including ensuring that 3PL providers deliver on their KPIs on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Lead all 3PL contract negotiations to deliver best value for the company.
Develop and maintain a proactive and effective relationships with the logistics teams from the Trade (WW, Coles and Metcash among others)

- We’re looking for an individual who has the drive and passion to ensure operational excellence whilst also thinking proactively to identify opportunity for continuous improvement. You will have worked in a similar organisation where you will have managed both domestic and international logistics, all whilst thinking commercially to manage a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
More specifically we’re looking for the following skills, experience & attributes:
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or other relevant discipline desirable
Extensive Logistics or Warehouse Management experience across Road, Ocean and Rail Networks
Experience negotiating contracts with Supplier and Customers
Proven history of implementing continuous improvements in a logistics/warehouse environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
