Our global legal services firm is seeking a impressive Operations Manager to oversee the implementation of a high-end client and employee experience.

Looking for a warm, people-focused Operations Manager to consistently govern internal processes and policies whilst maintaining the high-touch client and employee experience.

**The Role**:

- Identify and implement opportunities to improve practises and processes to create efficiency across the corporate service profile.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business
- Provide coaching and development to leaders across the business
- Actively partner and build authentic relationships with all stakeholders across the business
- Build and maintain a high performance culture across the business
- Lead and drive consistent strategic outcomes
- Manage local budgets, monthly P&L reports
- Work and liaise with project teams including refurbishment and fit-outs
- Monitor office space allocations and overseeing office changes
- Promote WHS practises in accordance with the company procedures
- Incident reporting
- Overseeing of service agreements and contracts

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience in managing a corporate office
- Delivering high standards across a legal/professional services company
- At LEAST 5+ years experience at a Senior Leadership level
- Set and deliver goals at a strategic and operational level
- Demonstrated experience running a successful team
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Strong interpersonal skills with all-level stakeholders

in at least one:

- Operational management and leadership
- Corporate hospitality and events management
- Property and facilities management including fit outs and maintenance programs
- Business services delivery including search & lodgement, printing, client floor, mail and records management
