ahs hospitality is Australia and New Zealand’s largest provider of outsourced housekeeping management services to the hospitality industry and partners with the most iconic hotel brands.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to manage a portfolio of housekeeping contracts throughout New South Wales.

Reporting to the General Manager NSW & ACT you will be responsible for meeting budget at each site, maintaining great relationships with clients and ensuring the team deliver their KPI’s.

- You would be responsible for the operations and account management of various clients
- Development, Training and Coaching of your senior leaders also known as Housekeeping Managers
- Your love of detail, quality, compliance, health and safety practises - they would need to meet the high standards of ahs hospitality as well as your associated client base
- Full control of your regions budget and monthly P&L
- A productive mind with they key attributes of forward thinking, strategy development and a team playing attitude
