As an Operational Risk Manager, you will join a high-performing team and work closely with other senior stakeholders.
**Your new role**
As an Operational Risk Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Update operational risk policies and procedures in regard to regulatory updates and risk management principles
- Implement a risk management framework, relevant policies, and procedures and KRIs in daily operations
- Oversee the Risk & Control Self-Assessment processes
- Assist business units in developing risk profiles and identifying main risks. Assist in developing and implementing an improved process and control framework
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong Banking experience
- Experience within Operational Risk related positions, ideally in the Line 1 capacity
- Strong English/Mandarin skills
