A little taste of your day-to-day:

- Under the guidance of the Human Resources Director, provide support to the hotel team on all Human Resources related matters
- Ensure all data relating to colleagues is accurate and that all personnel files and electronic records for colleagues are up to date
- Provide reports on Human Resources matters as required
- Coordinate recruitment, contracting and on-boarding for all new hires in conjunction with the operational hiring team
- Provide administration support for the annual remuneration processes and co-ordinate relevant compensation and benefits schemes
- Liaise with the centralised Payroll business function regarding colleague and manager enquiries
- Process payroll changes and terminations within required timelines
- Understand and interpret the relevant industrial instruments, including the National Employment Standards and the Hospitality Industry General Award 2020
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of Crowne Plaza Brand training and hotel compliance with Brand Standards.
- Manage the IHG learning system; track completions and drive compliance of core required training
- Adhere to, and champion, hotel and company policies and procedures, and maintain the Human Resources policies and procedures, and promote awareness to all colleagues
- Drive the hotel reward and recognition scheme, and identify contiguous ways to improve recognition and engagement
- Assist the Human resources Director with the performance management cycle

What we need from you
- Qualified - Bachelor’s degree/ higher education qualification
- Experienced - 2 years’ experience in Human Resources
- Time Management and Sense of Urgency
- Literate and Tech-Savvy - a solid grasp on software and systems, and be able to pick up new processes
- Communication skills - you’ll be easy to talk to & be able to communicate
- Sound Judgment skills
- Demonstrated experience dealing with confidentiality and data privacy
