This is a rare opportunity for a Practice Supervisor to join one of Australia's leading diagnostic imaging businesses. As a professional in your field, you will need to work well within a team and be able to develop close working relationships with the multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality service and patient care.

As a Practice Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the clinic and promote a positive organisational culture demonstrating exceptional leadership skills.
You will need to work well within a team and able to develop close working relationships with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest quality service and patient care.

**What you'll bring to the role?**
- Manage the efficient day to day running of the clinic
- Implement admin systems & work processes that drive professionalism
- Develop measurement systems to monitor performance, build staff confidence and encourage feedback
- Ensure safe working practices as per company WHS policy
- The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-orientated
