We are seeking to recruit a client services professional for our busy practice.

You will be the face of our business and the first point of contact for a client base which spans a variety of industries.

Working closely with the Business Manager and joining a great administration team, you will be responsible for delivering quality client experience and administration outcomes including, but not limited to:

- Practice reception
- Maintenance of client database and internal records
- Prepare client invoices
- Typing and preparation of client documentation
- Assist with collating
- Liaising with the ATO
- Filing and scanning
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintaining client confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Maintaining internal control systems
- Support the team as required

We work in a team centric environment and are driven to surpass our clients’ expectations. This is an office based and client facing role. We have a strong focus on training and professional development with real opportunities for career progression to ensure your objectives are consistently met.

Ideally you will have two years working in public practice however other industry experience is acceptable. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong work ethic and confident professional manner.
