**Your new company**
Do you want to join an industry leading RTO to help deliver innovative and market-leading products and services? If so, this is the role for you This registered training organisation is a market leader, delivering a range of courses across various industries including education, allied health, and medical administration. You will join an organisation operating with strong industry networks and partnerships which are successfully leveraged to ensure positive student outcomes.

**Your new role**
- Lead the product development team in the design, development, and delivery of training products and services
- Collaborating with the RTO’s commercial drivers to develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with strategic direction and identifies opportunity for growth and development.
- Collaborate with SMEs to identify and develop programs that align with industry trends and emerging skill requirements.
- Manage the development and implementation of high-quality assessment tools and resources.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industry associations, government bodies, and other training providers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation, including potential partnerships and collaboration with other organisations.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of training products and services, using data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement and optimisation.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team of product developers and successfully delivering products and services
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and embrace change in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as education, business, or product development.
- Proven experience in a senior product development or management role within the VET sector.
