**SALARY RANGE**:$70k-81k AUD base salary** **+ Bonus Scheme + Excellent benefits

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
The e-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for supporting BATA’s B2B and e-Commerce platform to ensure best in class customer experience. They will manage the customer communications to ensure our customers are kept up to date with ‘what’s going on at BATA’ on a proactive and reactive basis. The coordinator will serve as a support function to the business and our retail customers. This is role is also responsible for being the scrum master of the Digital workstreams, from running stand-ups to liaising across other functions within the business for the workstream deliverables.
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Develop, coordinate and execute customer related communications for BATA and the myBAT platform, meeting deadlines, following timelines, and ensuring uniformity of content/messaging
- Ensure that digital communications have been reviewed with the relevant business stakeholders and approved by the LEX team
- Updating customers with supplier notices that are accurate and relevant on promotions, pricing, legislation, brand information and key events on an ADHOC basis
- Develop and maintain Chatbot scripts to ensure a seamless customer experience when using the automated chat feature
- Liaise with the Customer Experience teams to determine chat pathways that are missing and/or refinement based on Live Chat conversations
- Scrum master for the Digital Project workstreams that engages across multiple teams across the business including not limited to the broader Digital & e-Commerce team, Commercial Marketing, Digital Business Solutions, Marketing Deployment and involves:
- Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
- Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
- Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
- Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
- Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
- Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
- Assisting retailers with e-commerce questions and functional/technical issues
- Identifying and report on developments/trends within the industry and challenge the status quo.
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Completion of tertiary education or higher: Marketing, Business Management, Digital Marketing, Communications
- Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience within a communications or project management role
- Strong time management and prioritization with high attention to detail
- Experience in SAFE/Agile ways of working and/or Project Management is highly desirable
- Professional, approachable style and dynamic interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and leverage working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Ability to work both independently as well as within groups
- Actively participates in a high-performance team and contributes to the achievement of team targets
- Share knowledge/experience with peers
- Experience with Salesforce preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is desirable
