Freshway Supplies is a Sydney-based cleaning supplies business providing high-quality cleaning products and equipment to commercial and domestic clients across Australia.

We are expanding our online presence and are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist and E-commerce Coordinator to manage our e-commerce platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and online customer engagement.

About the Role

This position is ideal for a creative and tech-savvy professional who can manage the full digital marketing process — from planning and design to execution and analysis.

You will be responsible for growing our online sales channels, improving digital visibility, and ensuring a consistent and professional brand image across all platforms.

In this role, you will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand and products online and offline. You will also analyse marketing data and trends to support business growth and customer retention

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise e-commerce platforms including eBay, Amazon, Kogan and etc.
  • Create and run marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales
  • Design digital marketing materials including banners, flyers, social media content, and EDM graphics
  • Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads and other paid advertising campaigns
  • Conduct SEO analysis, track performance through Google Analytics, Search Console and etc.
  • Maintain and update company website, including adding new products, landing pages, and content updates
  • Coordinate with suppliers to manage stock levels, negotiate better pricing, and update product listings
  • Communicate with business customers, prepare quotes, and provide excellent support

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Marketing and e-commerce
  • Experience with eBay, Amazon, Kogan, or similar online platforms
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools
  • Experience managing websites (Shopify, WordPress)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
