**The Live Agency** is part of The Conversion Group - an independent marketing services group with expertise in advertising, experiential marketing and display production.

We leverage our expertise across experiential, exhibitions, events, sampling, immersive technology and social/digital, to produce campaigns that deliver real results, through impactful experiences. Brands like Afterpay, Colgate, Pepsi & Galderma choose us to create, develop & execute incredible projects on their behalf.

**Responsibilities**:

- Taking a lead on Brand Ambassador recruitment, interviews, on boarding, scheduling and general staffing assistance
- Maintain the internal system
- Be the first point of contact for all Ambassador queries
- Involvement across aspects of campaign creation, from ideation and concept creation, through to live execution
- Assisting with all facets and tasks involved in live campaigns across the agency
- Assisting in managing internal social accounts
- Other duties deemed suitable

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
