TDC is seeking a full time **Crewing Coordinator** to join our energetic, high performing Sydney team. This is a hands-on and busy role where you will be supporting the Operations and Client Services teams in planning the requirements to delivery TDC’s large-scale video technology projects.

**Where you’ll spend your time**:

- Being the go-to person for all information relating to our crew, managing all aspects of crew scheduling via our program - Personnel Manager.
- Scheduling all equipment preps, facilitating changes and liaising with inventory to address equipment shortages and availability.
- Ensuring technical crew have all show details and are well briefed with appropriate information prior to shows.
- Participating in forward planning to ensure adequate employee resources are pre-scheduled well in advance.
- Monitoring full-time technical staff hours to ensure adherence to our crew welfare standards and making sure adequate time is scheduled for rest and self-learning.
- Working closely and communicating with all TDC internal departments and developing strong rapport with all staff.
- Managing and scheduling local trucking logistics.
- Providing crew with travel arrangements and update Personnel Manager with travel information.
- Addressing all crew enquiries related to shows or administration in a timely manner.
- Facilitating the scheduling of both internal and external training.
- Coordinating and verifying that venue inductions are completed and ensuring that crew have appropriate tickets and licensing required prior to shows.
- Fostering a “Safety First” workplace culture by handling all incident and hazard reporting and following processes to ensure all information is correctly documented.
- Building close relationships with everyone in the TDC team; working closely with not only your fellow Operations team members but also with our technical, client services, warehouse, and business teams.

**What you bring to the role**:

- Prior experience in a technical role in the AV industry or previous experience in a crew operations role is desirable.
- Previous experience with resource scheduling or rostering in a high-volume environment.
- Genuine interest in the well-being of all crew.
- Personnel Manager experience is beneficial.
- A caring and nurturing nature with a calm and approachable demeanour.
- Strong ability to interact with colleagues, clients and freelancers and the ability to gain support and trust from crew.
- The self-motivation to effectively work both autonomously and as part of a team to achieve results, accomplish goals and accept responsibility.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
