We are looking for someone with the right **blend** of skills to join our energetic team as a **Warehouse Supervisor and Event leader** in Alexandria, Sydney.

Reporting and working closely with our General Manager/Events Coordinator in Sydney.

Pay - $35.35 weekdays, $42.42 Saturdays and $49.49 Sundays

Casual - average of 20hr a week

We have our head office in Preston, VIC with three part time logistics and admin staff, one full time staff in Sydney and many casual event staff in each location too.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Event work (3-4 events a week over weekdays and weekends). Each event has a bump in, smoothie making service and then bump out
- Packing and unpacking our branded van or GoGet vans before and after events at our warehouse in Alexandria
- Providing smoothie bike demonstrations to customers
- Training and guiding event helpers who will assist you at staffed events.
- Managing the maintenance and cleanliness of all smoothie bikes and event equipment.
- Managing and receiving stock/ingredients for smoothies.
- Supporting our General Manager/Events Coordinator in weekly tasks to maintain the warehouse and make sure events run smoothly

**Selection Criteria**
- Has a full Australian driver’s license (experience driving a van preferred).
- Has a passion for events
- Has a passion for detail, being organised, solution focused and working with people
- Professional communication skills with experience in customers facing roles
- Is proactive and self-driven with a positive "Can do" attitude.
- Ability to take initiative, be resourceful, think for themselves, be decisive and problem solve
- Can lift 15-20kg bikes and other heavy event equipment (marquees and tables etc) for event work
- Can work weekdays and weekends
- Desirable but not essential:_
- Hospitality experience
- Bike maintenance experience
