**Job Description** We are looking for a Full-Time Practice Manager to join and lead our Greencross Subiaco team**

Located 10 minutes from Perth CBD, Greencross Subiaco is a Stress-Free accredited clinic equipped with digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, IM3 dental, Bair Hugger and more. You will be joining a team of dedicated vets and highly experienced nurses - we encourage open communication and contribution of ideas from all team members, and we understand that it takes a team to provide excellent client and patient care, and that starts at the top

All staff are fear free certified and we are passionate about continuing education and furthering our skills.

**About Your New Role**
- Full-time position managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records
- Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture
- Ensuring that monthly KPI’s are met
- Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives
- Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and owners
- Nursing duties as required; including training and mentoring nurses

**About Your Skills & Experience**
- Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in team management, with strong leadership and team building skills, and the ability to provide coaching for team members
- An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good business acumen and organisational skills
- Experience with Rx Works preferred but not essential
