**About the Role**

The primary focus for the role will be providing effective leadership and expertise to support client services for an existing portfolio, increase growth of Organisational Services in the market, and ensure consistent high-standard service delivery across the team.

**Key accountabilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Provide leadership, support, and guidance to the team to ensure service delivery that includes client service initiatives are being implemented in an efficient manner.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure optimal delivery of programs.
- Ensure service delivery is meeting program related KPI's.
- Understanding and evaluation of the data measures relating to services provided to drive continuous improvement within the team.
- Ensure the Leadership Program is pro-actively delivered and promoted.
- Efficient workforce management to support growth for the business.
- Demonstrated pursuit of data, information, industry, and market insights for local level across team sites as a whole; capacity to build market intelligence and knowledge management into processes and feedback / collaborative insights and team meeting discussions.
- Ensure best practice standards are maintained to minimise customer complaints.
- Increase and diversify client portfolio.
- Increase growth for services in the following areas: Mental Health First Aid, Psychometric Testing, Specialist Recruitment, Mediation, Career Transition and Wellbeing Checks.
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen.

**About You**:

- Minimum 3-5 years managing a team within a related field.
- 3-5 years Organisational Services / Organisational Psychology experience desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in growing business in a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in developing integrated solutions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Sound understanding of best practice for organisational Psych Services management, policy, and industry legislation.
- Advanced leadership, coaching skills and experience managing large, diverse teams.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
