The Role
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Practice Support Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting the patient journey and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. This position is central to preparing practice based documentation, coordinating administration, and acting as 2IC to the Practice Manager.
You'll work closely with the Practice Manager and Chief Medical Officer to ensure a seamless patient pathway, while also supporting operational improvements and stakeholder relationships.

About You
We're looking for an approachable control-freak with initiative who:
• Is motivated by purpose and contributing to the wellbeing of those who serve.
• Is highly organised and adaptable with minimum 2+ years experience in practice administration, DVA based administration or a related field. Knowledge of DVA claims processes and Veteran healthcare pathways highly desirable.
• Holds strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft and prepare accurate documentation to the highest standard.
• Is confident using CRMs, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and digital platforms with demonstrated proficiency. Experience with Zoho, Hubspot or Pipedrive highly regarded.
• Has excellent interpersonal skills for building trust with Defence personnel, our Veterans, families, ADF/DVA representatives and medical colleagues.
• Has initiative and adaptability, with the capability to support senior management and act as 2IC to the Practice Manager.
• Holds a Certificate IV in Business Administration, health administration qualification, or equivalent experience.
