**Job Summary**:
The Business and Project Management Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs in business and project management to students across various levels. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective training sessions, assessing student progress, and providing guidance and support for their academic and professional development.
**Hours of Work - 7 Hours / day - 35 Hours Per Week**
**Days Of Work - Monday to Thursday + Saturday**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Curriculum Development**:
- Contribute to the development and revision of business and project management curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry standards and accreditation requirements.
- Design and develop engaging training materials, including lesson plans, handouts, presentations, and assessments.
- **Training Delivery**:
- Deliver a variety of business and project management courses, including introductory, intermediate, and advanced levels.
- Employ effective teaching methods and techniques to facilitate student learning and engagement.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
- **Student Assessment**:
- Develop and administer appropriate assessments, including exams, assignments, and presentations.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- **Student Support**:
- Provide individual guidance and support to students, addressing their academic and personal needs.
- Foster a supportive and collaborative learning community.
- **Industry Engagement**:
- Maintain strong relationships with industry partners to ensure curriculum relevance and facilitate student internships and placements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business and project management.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching business and project management courses at a tertiary level.
- Strong understanding of business and project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage students and build rapport.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
- Certificate of Training and Assessment
- Certificate 3 of Business
- Certification in Project Management
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
- Experience in industry or consulting roles related to business or project management.
