TSA is an Australian-owned business in the Outsourcing Industry helping companies acquire, retain and grow their consumer customer bases. We represent some of the country's largest brands from across multiple call centres in Australia and the Philippines.

**Job Description**:
**Who is HOOD?**

HOOD provides a completely free service powered by AI to make moving home easy. They arrange movers and connect electricity, saving the customer time.

**What will your day look like?**
- Deliver a hassle free experience for customers by arranging their electricity, gas and/or water
- Maximise cross sell opportunities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for residential and business clients
- Provide products and services information
- ** Shift time**: Monday - Friday between 8.30am - 8pm (shifts are 7.6 hours per day)
