About the role

Burwood Nissan, GWM & XPENG are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join our vibrant team. As a sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of our high-quality Nissan, GWM & XPENG vehicles. This is a full-time position based in our Burwood, Victoria showroom.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing a warm, welcoming, and informative experience for all customers that visit our showroom
  • Actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and matching them with the perfect Nissan, GWM & XPENG vehicle
  • Conducting test drives and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles
  • Negotiating sale prices and finalising transactions in a professional and ethical manner
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Participating in sales training and development programs to continuously enhance your product knowledge and sales skills
  • Supporting the broader sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets

What we're looking for

  • Proven sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • A keen interest in and understanding of the automotive industry and the Nissan or GWM brand
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
