**What’s the story?**

We are looking for a full time Customer Sales Consultant to join the team in our Burwood store working in this role Monday to Friday and every 2nd Saturday. In this role, you will deliver better health to our customers and to Australia through our provision of health services, our health system advocacy, and our work in the community. We have been developing new ways of working to adapt to the effects of COVID-19; our commitment is to ensure the safety and security of employees within our retail stores. Mandarin or Cantonese speaking is required for this role.

**The role**:
As a member of a strong and supportive team that puts our customers first, your role involves reaching sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. By showing heart and empathy, you will contribute towards Medibank’s growth and deliver our purpose “Better Health for Better Lives”.

Whilst you will be based in the retail store, you will service customers face-face as well as via our virtual channels (phone and webchat), so Contact Centre experience (or similar) is advantageous.
