**About the Role**
As a Process Improvement Coordinator, you will play a vital role in driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives on the site. You will collaborate cross functionally to identify process gaps, optimize existing processes, and implement best practices. Your expertise in process improvement methodologies will help streamline operations, reduce waste, enhance productivity, and maximize overall performance.
**Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
- Solid understanding of food manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
