We are seeking an Experienced Bookkeeper/Administration that is highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team.

The Role
This is a full-time position working 30 hours a week with flexible hours between 7am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

About you:

- General administrative duties
- Data entry
- Management of Accounts Payable and Receivable, including Debt Collection
- Generate monthly sales reports
- Managing accounting systems
- Processing invoices, credits, receipts, payments and other financial transactions
- Account reconciliation
- Maintain cash flow for multiple accounts and liaising with Managers and Sales Teams

About you:

- Bookkeeping skills in AP, AR, Reconciliation and Foreign Exchange
- Proven work experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years)
- Confident in the use of technology
- Previous knowledge of MYOB Advanced or similar large ERP systems
- Expert experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel in particular)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team when necessary
- High level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $77,500.00 per year
