**Help us create an enjoyable, non-pressured, retail shopping experience at our sites and kiosk locations in major shopping centers in Melbourne, selling our new energy Electric Vehicles.**

Working exclusively with BYD, we are looking for individuals who can play an integral role in delivering an outstanding customer experience for the launch of this exciting new Electric Vehicle brand in Australia.

**About This Role**:

- The BYD Business Manager is the Finance and Insurance expert.
- Connect with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly and act with integrity

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism.
- Be hungry to learn and humble when mistakes are made
