**The Role**:
As Floor Manager, you will be responsible for leading the front-of-house team, creating an engaging and high-energy environment that enhances both guest experience and team performance. You’ll set the tone on the floor, ensuring every service is smooth, elevated, and aligned with the TAMA Supper Club standard.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless, vibrant, and high-energy service.
- Maintain a dynamic presence on the floor, engaging both guests and staff to enhance the overall experience.
- Train and mentor staff to uphold exceptional service standards and venue culture.
- Oversee floor operations, working closely with the kitchen, bar, and entertainment teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Foster a team culture that is positive, motivated, and focused on delivering excellence.
- Manage customer flow, reservations, and VIP experiences with precision and attention to detail.
- Ensure consistency in service, presentation, and overall atmosphere.

**About you**:

- 2 years’ experience in management or a supervisory role in premium hospitality venues.
- A passion for creating an engaging and exciting environment for both guests and staff.
- A problem-solver who thrives under pressure and keeps service running seamlessly.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and elevate a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in service execution.
