**The Role**

Working closely with the Assistant Venue Manager, you will be responsible for the front of house operation, lead a large and diverse team of experienced staff, developing them, upskilling them, and driving them to deliver an exceptional guest experience all at the same time as maintaining a fun and caring team culture.

We're looking for someone with a vivacious and lively personality who thrives on delivering high level, premium guest experience. You will be engaging with both staff and guests - this means greeting and hosting in venue.

Working in a supervisory role you will:

- Lead and mentor a diverse team of people. Ensuring that team culture is at the forefront of everything you do.
- Be hands-on and operational.
- Know your product. Drive a culture of learning to guarantee you and your teams know our product inside out.
- And (of course), make sure every guest has an exceptional experience every time.
