**What You’ll Do**
- Serve as the primary contact for clients ensuring all requests are followed up or escalated
- Assist in scheduling, shift changes and management of team availability
- Co-ordinate site visits, booking appointments and sending client updates
- Maintain supplies, stock control and ordering of supplies as needed
- Ensure our offices are **pristine, organised, and professional at all times**:
- Work within **a team that takes pride in creating fresh, productive spaces**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Temp to perm
Pay: $26.00 - $36.56 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
