**_About the position:_**
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated multi-skilled Administration Officer to join our high volume and fast paced warehouse based at Heidelberg West. Our Department is responsible for ensuring that our internal and external customers receive their consumables in a timely manner.

You will be responsible for all avenues of customer service, efficient management of customer orders, daily collation of data and administration duties for inventory movements.

**About You**:
Your professionalism and organisational skills will complement your administration and excellent customer service skills.

You will possess a positive and team focused attitude together with attention to detail. Your exceptional communication skills will allow you to engage with our picking team, operations, purchasing and customers.

The key to thriving in this challenging environment will be your dynamic nature, ability to evolve in your duties and innovated forward thinking. You will possess effective time management and problem-solving skills.

**To be considered for this role you will need to prove**:

- Previous experience in warehouse/supply chain administration
- Excellent understanding of warehouse functions and practices
- SAP experience not required but an advantage
- High attention to detail
- Good understanding and high regard for Workplace Health & Safety
